At Tradewinds Apartments, we offer pet-friendly apartment living in Midland, TX, where your furry friends are part of the family. With room for two pets and plenty of space to play, you can enjoy life with your pets in a welcoming community. Our spacious apartments and outdoor areas make every day a new adventure for both you and your pets.
Our Pet Policy
- Maximum of 2 Pets Per Home
- No Weight Limit
- One-Time Non-Refundable Pet Fee – $300 Per Pet
- Pet Deposit (Refundable) – $300 Per Pet
- Monthly Pet Rent – $20 Per Pet
- Breed Restrictions: The Following Dog Breeds (or Any Mix Thereof) are Not Permitted: Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Great Danes, Huskies, Pit Bulls (American Staffordshire Terriers & Staffordshire Bull Terriers), Rottweilers, St. Bernards, Wolf Hybrids & Bull Mastiffs.
*All pets, regardless of breed or exemption status, are required to be registered through OurPetPolicy.
